- What services do you provide?
We compose custom essays, research papers, book reviews, lab reports, dissertation, coursework and other academic assignments per order. In addition to writing from scratch, we also deliver proofreading and editing services.
- Where can I see the prices?
Prices for papers are charged individually. The final rate will depend on several factors, such as: deadline, academic level, and number of pages. You can also request additional services such as Top Writer or Plagiarism Report for an additional fee. We have an online calculator right inside of the Order form, so you will see the price before confirming your order.
- Do you complete online tests and assignments?
We can only compose a paper based on the instructions you send to us. Unfortunately, no online tests that require authorization can be done.
- What about plagiarism?
All of our papers are unique and done from scratch. We use advanced plagiarism-detecting software to check them before delivery. You can request a plagiarism report to make sure that your work is original.
- How will I receive a complete paper?
You will receive a preview version of your work when it is done. The complete document will be available in the Files section of your personal account. You can confirm and download it if everything satisfies you.
- What if I’m not satisfied with the paper?
You have 1 week of free revisions, so don’t be shy to request one if something seems wrong to you. Your writer will edit and change the paper in case your instructions were not followed properly. If this period has passed, but you need your paper to be edited, you can place a new order.
- Can I pay after my paper is done?
No, we only accept pre-paid orders. Your writer will start working on a paper after your payment is received.
- Who is going to write my paper?
We will choose a writer with a matching degree and level of knowledge for you. Most of our writers come from English-speaking part of the world, including such countries as US, USA, Australia, and Canada.
- Can I hire the same writer again?
Sure, just choose “My previous writer” when placing your Order. This option can be found in “Preferred Writer” field. Include the ID number of your writer and send your request. We will inform him/her about the Order immediately. If he/she is available at the moment, your order will be assigned to him/her. In case he/she is not, we will delegate it to an expert with relevant background and experience.
- How can I contact you?
If you want to contact Customer Support team, you have three options: email, online chat, and phone. Also, you can use messaging system in your personal account to reach your writer directly.
- Can I upload additional files?
You are most welcome to do so. You can attach materials along with your Order or use your personal account (Files section) to add some. Your writer will get a notification that additional files were uploaded.
- What if I am not satisfied with the final result and want to get a refund?
We will try to do everything we can to make your paper meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with it, you can request a refund. Each case is processed individually by our Quality Assurance Team.
